About Globora
Our Story
Globora was born from a simple belief: that the best food comes from the best soil. Founded in 2009 by a group of American farmers and food scientists, our mission was to bridge the gap between small-scale sustainable agriculture and the growing demand for premium, traceable food products.
What started as a cooperative of 12 family farms in the Texas Hill Country has grown into a nationwide network spanning over 500 partner farms across 30+ states. Every farm in the Globora network adheres to our rigorous standards for soil health, animal welfare, and environmental stewardship.
Today, Globora processes and distributes over 200 product varieties — from heirloom grains and cold-pressed oils to organic dairy and premium cuts of meat. Our processing facilities are USDA-inspected and equipped with state-of-the-art technology that preserves freshness from harvest to delivery.
